Progress: Evolution of Technology

This is an adaption of NSKN's (Now Board and Dice) "Progress: Evolution of Technology " card game from 2014.    This is a standalone program and has no online components despite the "Online" subtitle.  You can play Solo mode or against 1-4 competent computer opponents.   All rules are enforced by the program and extensive help is provided inline.  By default visual indicators are provided to indicate which cards are free due to having all prerequisites, what prerequisites you have, and which can longer be obtain because of opponents actions.   This is a very fun fast playing game that can be played in 30-60 minutes.
