Texas Revolution

The program was created with the help and permission of the designer, Dan Mings. This a hex and counter wargame covering the Texas War of Independence.   All game rules are enforced by the program.  Units are mostly battalions and companies.  There are no zone of control or much of a front line.   Leaders and supplies play a major role in battles.  The Texan player must conduct a fighting withdraw to protect valuable but slow moving refugee units while building up forces in the east for the final battles.   The computer game uses Krockover map and some of the second edition rules.  I have also an optional  limited intelligence feature where knowledge or even the existence of enemy stacks depends on proximity to friendly units especially cavalry.
