The Siege of Leningrad

This hex and counter wargame was  designed by Stephen V. Cole and was published in Jagdpanther Magazine in 1976 .  The PC version was created with help and permission of Mr. Cole.   The program enforces all rules, and includes extensive inline help, but there is no AI although the game is very suitable for solitaire play.  The game has rules for:  a Mechanized exploitation phase after combat; Railroads; Engineers; Weather effects ; Air power ; Artillery ; Fortifications; and Supply.   The game has six separate scenarios covering major battles from 1941 to 1944.
